Item Condition
Most items that I sell are vintage or second-hand and judged by New, Like New, Good, or Fair condition. I aim to describe all items exactly as they appear and function. Feel free to message me before purchasing an item if you would like more information, measurements, or additional photos and I'll be happy to help!
Shipping
Ships next business day via USPS and ships heavier items via UPS or FedEx Smart Post occasionally to save on shipping. Utilizes USPS Media Mail for educational material only. Please reach out to me if you have any issues with your shipment.
Tracking
Once an order is purchased, you will receive a tracking number within 24 hours. You can use this number to periodically to monitor where your order is located until it arrives. Orders are typically dropped off within 24 hours and make take up to 48 hours to receive a shipping scan from the shipping company.
Delivery
Please be aware that all shipments typically take a week to arrive, but may take up to two weeks on occasion during peak season or inclement weather. If you're purchasing for a special occasion, please plan accordingly and order at least two weeks in advance. Thank you!
Cancel/Returns
If you're unhappy with your order, please reach out to me via the app that purchased your item(s) from before reviewing, and I will do my best to accommodate you or fix the situation. I will respond within 24 hours. I strive to list all items as accurately as possible, but please understand that I'm human and may miss something. If the item that you purchased doesn't fit, you're more than welcome to reuse my listing photos for free and list them in your shop!
You can also open a return request on the Mercari app within 3 days of receiving the item if you're unhappy with your purchase; Mercari will ask for clear photos of the item and packaging and then evaluate if your order is eligible for a return.
